Pay affected by gender! Job role affected by gender! Promotions affected by gender! Then came: Pay affected by gender and race! Job role affected by gender and race! Promotions affected by gender and race! So basically, none of this is new for women and not at all new for a woman of color. For generations, women have been at the receiving end of discrimination at work and also during pay. Today, the woman who belongs to a minority race is more disadvantaged than a white woman.
